Because subscriptions are digital services delivered electronically and may be activated quickly, refunds are limited.

Refund Window (48 Hours)

A refund request may be considered within 48 hours of payment only if:

  • The subscription has not been activated, and
  • We cannot provide access due to an issue on our side.

After Activation

Once access is activated and delivered, the service is generally non-refundable.
However, if there is a technical issue, we will first attempt:

  • troubleshooting and setup help, and/or
  • replacement access (if needed).

Replacements

In many cases, we offer a replacement (new access/credentials) instead of a refund when the problem can be resolved.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Incompatible devices/apps not disclosed before payment,
  • Internet/ISP restrictions, local network problems, or VPN configuration,
  • Failure to follow setup instructions,
  • Account suspension caused by sharing/resale/abnormal usage,
  • Change of mind after activation.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us and include:

  • Payment reference (transaction ID),
  • Device/app details,
  • A short explanation of the issue.

Chargebacks

Please contact support first before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks without first requesting support may lead to account restrictions.
