Because subscriptions are digital services delivered electronically and may be activated quickly, refunds are limited.
Refund Window (48 Hours)
A refund request may be considered within 48 hours of payment only if:
- The subscription has not been activated, and
- We cannot provide access due to an issue on our side.
After Activation
Once access is activated and delivered, the service is generally non-refundable.
However, if there is a technical issue, we will first attempt:
- troubleshooting and setup help, and/or
- replacement access (if needed).
Replacements
In many cases, we offer a replacement (new access/credentials) instead of a refund when the problem can be resolved.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for:
- Incompatible devices/apps not disclosed before payment,
- Internet/ISP restrictions, local network problems, or VPN configuration,
- Failure to follow setup instructions,
- Account suspension caused by sharing/resale/abnormal usage,
- Change of mind after activation.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us and include:
- Payment reference (transaction ID),
- Device/app details,
- A short explanation of the issue.

Chargebacks
Please contact support first before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks without first requesting support may lead to account restrictions.
